The filter operates on the principle of pressure-driven multi-layer filtration:
1.Liquid is pumped into the filter and distributed through the stacked filter plates and frames.
2.Filtration media (filter paper, cloth, or membranes) are sandwiched between plates, creating multiple independent filtration chambers.
3.Solid particles, impurities, and microorganisms are trapped on the surface or within the media, while clarified liquid flows through channels in the plates to the outlet.
4.Manual pressure from the screw handle compresses the stack to prevent leakage, ensuring a tight seal even under operating pressure.

Installation & Operation Guide
1.Set up: Place the filter on a level surface, connect the inlet/outlet ports to your pump and pipeline, and ensure all valves are closed.
2.Assembly: Stack filter plates, frames, and media in the correct order, then tighten the screw handle to seal the stack.
3.Filtration: Open the exhaust valve first, then start the pump. Once air is purged, close the valve and begin normal filtration.
4.Maintenance: After use, disassemble the stack, clean the plates and frames, replace the filter media, and sanitize all components for the next run.
