Automatic Chemical Dosing System

The Automatic Dosing System is a fully integrated, PLC-controlled solution designed for precise, continuous chemical dosing in water treatment, industrial process, and environmental protection applications. It automates the preparation, mixing, and metering of chemicals such as flocculants, coagulants, pH adjusters, scale inhibitors, and disinfectants.

Working Principle

The system operates through a closed-loop, automated workflow:

1. Chemical Preparation: The raw chemical is automatically fed into the mixing tank and diluted to the required concentration under continuous stirring.

2. Level Monitoring: A level sensor continuously monitors the liquid level, triggering automatic feeding or low-level alarms as needed.

3. Precise Dosing: A metering pump delivers the prepared chemical solution to the process pipeline at a controlled, adjustable flow rate.

4. Automatic Control: The PLC controller adjusts the dosing rate based on real-time signals from flow meters, pH/ORP sensors, or turbidity meters, ensuring optimal chemical dosage.
